Anna Gunn

Anna Gunn is an American actress from the US. Her most well-known character is Skyler White on her role on the AMC drama Breaking Bad, for which she was awarded the Primetime Emmy Award in 2013 and 2014 for Outstanding supporting actress in Drama Series. The other roles she played are Jean Ward in The Practice as well as Martha Bullock from Deadwood. The actress was born in Sante Fe, New Mexico in 1968 Anna Gunn fell in love with the art of acting during Preparatory School before her family moved to Ohio in the late 1970's. She spent a year at the British American Drama Academy and took classes in theatre as a student at Northwestern University. Anna began her professional career with Chicago-area theaters over a number of years. After that, she went on to television and film. In 1992 Anna was offered her first big character as Arden in 29 episodes in the series Down the Shore. At the beginning of 1990, she performed as a regular guest on TV and in films, such as Seinfeld as well as NYPD Blue. Martha Bullock was her role in Deadwood over two complete seasons. She also starred in Breaking Bad as Skyler, in 2008. In addition, she was a part of the Deadwood movie and Sully. Gunn is also a part of the stage in David Schwimmer's show Sex With Strangers. In 2022 the actress also appeared in a series of audio-play podcast called"Numbered Days". The main storyline of Breaking Good is centered around the relationship between Walter White, his wife Skyler and their difficult relationship. The strained relationship and final conclusion of the relationship is reminiscent of the last years of Walter White's story.
